Valuing a diversity of talents

This whole week I've been thinking about creativity, learner outcomes and standardized tests.  I love the thinking in this movie.

    AMEN!! All this competition for scores makes me sick to my stomach. It goes against everything I believe in and because of it, I'm searching for another job outside public education.
